Who stays a month here
Winter visitors from Canada and the US who want to walk to the market, the beach and the pier without a car, and would rather not pay resort prices in Ixtapa or La Ropa.
People working in Zihuatanejo for a season: engineers, teachers, medical staff, sailors. Weekly cleaning and a kitchen make it a home, not a hotel room.

- We confirm your dates and the monthly rate. We answer the same day, in English or Spanish.
- Extend if you like it. If the apartment is free, you can add weeks at the same rate. Many guests book two months and stay four.

Questions about long stays
Is electricity really included? Most rentals here charge it separately.
Yes, at normal use. Air conditioning at night and in the afternoon is normal use. Running every unit all day is not; we will talk to you before charging anything extra.
Which apartments are quiet?
B1 to B5 face the inside of the building and are the quiet ones. A1 to A3 face Vicente Guerrero street; A4 has a terrace to the back of the building. On Friday and Saturday nights there is music on the waterfront, two blocks away, until late.
Can I get mail or deliveries?
Yes. Reception takes packages for guests. Use the hotel address with your name and apartment code.
Do you have a minimum stay?
Two nights in high season. The weekly rate starts at 7 nights and the monthly rate at 28.
Do you offer a discount for two or three months?
The monthly rate is already 40% below the nightly rate. For three months or more, ask us; it depends on the season and the apartment.
